You need a website. You do not need a six-week discovery process to get one. Choose the look that fits your business, answer nine questions, and we take it from there — research, copy, design, build and launch.
No logo? We design one. No copy? We write it. The build does not wait on you.
Six directions, each built for a different kind of company. You are choosing the feel, not the finished page — your colors, your logo and your photography all get applied on top. Not sure? Pick the closest and we will talk it through.
Only what we genuinely cannot build without. Anything you leave blank we will ask about once, together, rather than guess at.
We call before we build. It is the fastest way to get this right.
City, metro or region. This drives the whole local search strategy.
Leave it blank if you have not bought one yet.
We cannot build a site in your brand without your mark. Pick whichever is true today — you can change it before we start designing.
SVG, AI, EPS, PDF, PNG or JPG — up to 15 MB. Have a brand guide too? Zip it together.
Even three sentences changes the odds. We would rather build from your thinking than guess at it — and the guess is what eats the revision round.
Hex codes if you have them. If you do not, leave it — we will pull the palette straight out of your logo.
Your service lines in your own words. Three is typical. This becomes the site’s spine, so be specific.
This one matters more than people expect. It is where the copy comes from — and usually where the search strategy comes from too.
The deposit starts the work. You will hear from us the same day with the research findings and the page plan, before a single page is designed.
If a member of our team or an existing client sent you here, put their name in so they get the credit.
Then $2,200 when you approve the finished site — before it goes live. Nothing else is charged in between.
Your answers save on this device as you type. Close the tab, come back later, and they will still be here.
Written to be read, not to be survived. If anything here is unclear, ask before you pay — we would rather answer the question than argue about it later.
A custom-built website of sixteen or more pages, in one of the six looks shown above, applied to your brand. It includes competitor and keyword research, all page copy written from the material you supply, generated imagery, local pages for the areas you serve, and intake forms.
The look you choose is a starting direction, not a finished page. Your logo, colors and content are applied on top, so the delivered site will not look identical to the sample.
Your logo, your brand colors if you have them, your service list, and the details only you hold — hours, license and insurance numbers, warranty terms, real photographs and genuine reviews.
We will ask for these once, as one short list. Delivery time runs from when we have them, not from when you paid. A build waiting on a missing logo is the single most common delay.
We commit to having your first full draft ready for you to review within three business days of your deposit. In practice most builds finish well inside that window. Because your mission, your market and your brand all come in on this page, the clock starts when you pay — it does not wait on paperwork from you. That window covers the build only.
Going live is a separate step and depends on three things outside our control: your approval, the balance clearing, and your web address pointing at the site. We do not promise a live date and you should not rely on one.
The standard engagement is $1,000 today and $2,200 on approval. The Partner option is $3,200 paid in full up front. Logo design, if you choose it, is $250 and is charged as part of the same order.
The deposit secures your place in the build queue and covers the research and writing that begin immediately. It is refundable in full until we start work, and not refundable after — we will tell you the moment work begins.
The balance falls due when you approve the finished site. Your site stays on our staging address until it clears. Nothing is charged to a stored card without you acting.
If you choose “buy it for me” for your web address, the registrar’s fee is added to the balance at our cost with no markup.
You get a working site to review before you pay another cent. Changes at that stage are included — that is what the review step is for.
Two rounds of revision are included. Beyond that, or where a request amounts to a different site rather than a corrected one, we will quote before doing the work rather than surprise you with an invoice.
Approval is a single click on a page we send you. It moves the job forward and generates the balance invoice.
If you ask us to design your logo, you receive three original concepts created for your business. You choose one and we refine it through one round; the other two are set aside and never offered to anyone else.
You own the finished logo outright. Once the design is paid for and you have approved it, all right, title and interest in it transfers to your business, together with the working files — vector source, plus web and print exports.
We retain no copyright in it. We do not register a trademark on it, for ourselves or for you. We do not license it back, and we do not reuse it. If you want the mark trademarked, that is yours to pursue with your own attorney, and we will provide whatever files or declarations they need.
Where you supply the logo instead, you keep everything you already own and you confirm you have the right to use it.
When you send us a logo, photographs, text, reviews or any other material, you are confirming that you own it or have permission to use it, and that we may use it to build and publish your site.
We take that at face value. If material you supply turns out to infringe somebody else’s rights, that sits with you, and you agree to cover us against claims arising from it.
Where you have not supplied photographs, we generate original imagery for the site. It is licensed to you for use on the site we build and in your own marketing, with no time limit and no extra fee.
Every image is reviewed before it reaches a page, and you see the set before anything goes live. Generated imagery depicts no real person, place or project of yours — if a page needs to show your actual work, send us photographs.
Your web address is registered in your name and belongs to you whichever route you pick. We never hold a client’s address hostage.
The site is hosted on our infrastructure. Hosting is billed separately and starts when the site goes live. If you leave, we will export the site and hand it over — ask and it is yours.
No change is made to a live web address until the balance is paid.
If you host your CRM with us, you pick Self-Serve at $355 per month (normally $555) or White Glove at $1,250 per month (normally $1,595). Both rates are discounted because you are having the site built with us, and both are held for a 12-month agreement.
The first 30 days are free. Billing begins 30 days after your site goes live. That month is what we use to wire your forms into the CRM and train you on it, so you are not paying for a system you have not been shown yet.
The subscription is separate from the build fee and continues month to month after the twelve months. Cancelling inside the term does not refund the build, and the build is yours either way.
If you bring your own, the forms ship built and styled but not connected, along with a specification your provider can wire from. Making that connection, and taking down the “not yet live” notice on those forms, is theirs to do.
Photography of your actual premises, people or work. Copywriting of legal pages specific to your industry. Trademark registration. Ongoing SEO or advertising campaigns. Third-party fees — registrars, payment processors, licensed software.
Analytics and search console setup are handed to you configured but unclaimed, since they attach to your accounts rather than ours.
We build carefully and we verify before handoff, but no website is guaranteed to rank, convert or generate a given number of inquiries, and we make no promise about results.
Our liability under this engagement is limited to what you have paid us for it. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business or other indirect losses.
Either of us can stop before the balance is paid. If you stop, you keep whatever has been delivered and the deposit is treated as above. If we stop, we refund anything paid for work not delivered.
Hosting and CRM subscriptions are month to month and can be cancelled at any time. There is no lock-in.

The engagement is between you and Ethos Media Marketing & Consulting LLC, 8101 Sandy Spring Rd, Suite 250, Laurel, MD 20707. These terms, together with your order and any written change we both agree to, are the whole of it.
